The Management team represents the employees of the Northern Cancer Network. The role of the team is to:
- Facilitate delivery of the agreed work plans
- Coordinate, convene (where appropriate) and provide support to Network groups
- Support the site-specific and service delivery improvement Work Streams
- Facilitate active communication within and between Network groups, the wider network and national bodies, and
- Manage the operational budget for the Network
- Work with local DHB’s on funding and implementation issues associated with the Work Stream.
