The Management Team represents the employees of the Network. The role of the team is to:

• Facilitate delivery of the agreed work plans;
• Coordinate, convene (where appropriate) and provide support to Network groups
• Support the site-specific and service delivery improvement Work Streams
• Facilitate active communication within and between Network groups, the wider network and national bodies; and
• Manage the operational budget for the Network
• Work with local DHB’s on funding and implementation issues associated with the Work Stream
