Counties Manukau DHB- Jeff Garrett, Clinical Director and Respiratory Physician is the Chair of the group

Northland DHB - Lynn Nichols and John Mpe, Respiratory Physicians and Nurse Co-ordinator Linda O’Grady 

Waitemata DHB - Jai Sood, Respiratory Physician and Public Health Physician Andrew Old

Auckland DHB - Chris Lewis and Tim Christmas, Respiratory Physicians and Medical Oncologist Richard Sullivan (also Network's Clinical Director)

Northern Cancer Network - Mark Young, Tumour Stream Project Manager.
